Classes
After onboarding, each athlete will have the opportunity to explore their interests through a variety of training styles — including functional fitness, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, hybrid training, endurance training, and more. Classes will run approximately 45–60 minutes and are designed to encourage, challenge, and inspire growth.
Each week, FYR athletes will also come together for a group class to connect with peers and mentors, build community, and celebrate progress.
Camp
Camp FYR gives youth from all backgrounds the chance to grow, learn, and have fun together through hard work, problem-solving, and shared experiences.
This sleepaway camp provides a fresh environment—often the first time many participants have left their neighborhood—helping them break old habits, face healthy challenges, and build confidence.
Through workouts, workshops, team-building, and journaling, athletes develop key life skills like mental toughness, perseverance, positive self-talk, goal setting, nutrition awareness, and emotional intelligence.
Led by FYR staff and volunteer coaches, including former Olympians, elite athletes, CrossFit Seminar staff, military personnel, first responders, and FYR mentors.
Camp FYR helps youth build the mindset and tools they need to succeed in life.
Camp FYR 2025 will take place in Boulder, CO July 15-20
